Professor Walter Tschinkel makes a

Scientists pour molten aluminum into ant colony to study ant architectural patterns
In other words: THIS. IS. AWESOME.

I appreciate how they make sure to film the Prof. saying that he does't take the death of the ants in the colony lightly, and that they openly address the sacrifice of ants for the betterment of science (though, will this science benefit other ants?), instead of trying to gloss over it.

Here is the book written by the prof. in the video, so you can see what his research leads to:

But let's face it, I'm no friend of ants. They caused pre-teen, summer camp-going me some major issues when they'd bite me or try to add their protein-rich bodies to my lunch. Anyway, that doesn't matter. Check out the awesomeness that is the ant colony casting when it's finished!

Go Science!

Horizon - Out of Control

Inception quote, Dom Cobb: "I specialize in a very specific type of security. Subconscious security." Dom Cobb: "Mr. Fischer, I'm here to protect you in the event that someone tries to access your mind through your dreams. You're not safe here, they're coming for you. " Dom Cobb utilizes Conscious security using critical thinking skills to program the Subconscious mind to adjust with the neuro-effect of neuroplasticity which protects against Subconscious manipulation.
